Who we are

The website and store are run by Reinforce Lab Limited, a company registered in Bangladesh (RJSC registration no. C-180618/2022, incorporated on 19 April 2022), Suite #1402, Level-13, Concord Tower, 113 Kazi Nazrul Islam Avenue, Dhaka 1000, Bangladesh (“Reinforce Lab”, “we”, “us”). These terms apply when you use reinforcelab.com and when you buy a service package from our online store. Please read them before you place an order.

Using our website

You may read, share and link to our pages, and quote short parts of them with a link back to the page. Please do not:

• copy, republish or sell large parts of our content, tools or designs without our written permission;
• try to break, overload or get unauthorised access to the website;
• use the website or our forms to send spam, malware or unlawful content.

We work to keep the website accurate and available, but we cannot promise it will always be error-free or online. Content on the website is general information, not advice for your specific situation.

Our content and names

The text, diagrams, designs and code on this website belong to Reinforce Lab or are used with permission. “Reinforce Lab” and “Search Authority OS” are our names. Please do not use them in a way that suggests we endorse you or your business without our written permission.

Links to other websites

We link to other websites, such as our sources and our directory profiles. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

Who can buy from our store

Our store is for businesses. By placing an order you confirm that you are buying for your business, trade or profession, not as a private consumer, and that you are authorised to order for that business.

What you are buying

Our store sells service packages. Each package page describes what is included (for example the number of pages, keyphrases or reports), how long the package runs, and the price. Anything not listed is not included unless we agree it in writing.

Prices, payment and tax

Prices are in US dollars. You pay the full price when you place the order, through our payment provider. We do not see or store your full card number.

Prices do not include taxes, and bank or payment fees in your country are your responsibility unless the package page says otherwise:

• Clients in Bangladesh: VAT is added at the rate that applies and shown on your invoice.
• Clients outside Bangladesh: our services are supplied from Bangladesh; where they qualify as exported services, no Bangladesh VAT is charged.
• Business clients in the European Union or the United Kingdom: please give us your VAT number when you order. Our invoice will show no VAT and say “reverse charge”, and you account for the VAT in your own country.
• Clients in the United States and elsewhere: you are responsible for any sales, use or similar tax that applies to you.

When the contract starts

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract starts when we confirm your order by email. We may decline an order, for example if a package is not suitable for your website or the price shown was wrong; if we do, we refund you in full within 7 days.

Starting the work

After your order, we contact you within 2 business days to start onboarding: access to your website and tools, your goals, and any content we need. The timelines on the package page start once we have what we need from you.

Monthly and yearly packages

How long a package runs, and whether it renews, is shown on the package page and at checkout before you pay.

• Monthly packages renew automatically each month at the same price until you cancel. You can cancel at any time by emailing hello@reinforcelab.com; the package then runs to the end of the month you have paid for, and nothing more is charged.
• Yearly packages do not renew automatically. We email you 30 days before the year ends with the renewal price, and the package continues only if you confirm and pay.

We tell you at least 30 days in advance before changing the price of a monthly package.

Cancellations and refunds

• Before work starts: you can cancel within 14 days of your order and get a full refund, as long as onboarding has not started.
• After work starts: you can cancel at any time. We refund the part of the price for work not yet done, after deducting work already delivered and any third-party costs we have paid for you (for example tools or hosting bought in your name).
• Delivered work: work that has been delivered (for example a finished audit, written content or a launched website) is not refundable. If it does not match the package description, tell us within 14 days and we will fix it.
• If we cannot deliver: if we decline your order or cannot start or complete the package, we refund what you paid for work not done.
• How refunds are paid: to the same payment method you used, within 7 days of the cancellation or our agreement to refund. We pay any cost of sending the refund.

Your part

To deliver the work we need timely access, information and approvals from you. If delays on your side hold up the work for more than 30 days, we may pause the package or close it and keep only the price of the work already done. You confirm that the content and materials you give us are yours to use and do not break anyone’s rights.

Results

Search engines and AI tools are run by other companies and change often. We use proven methods and report honestly, but we do not guarantee rankings, traffic, AI citations or revenue, and no one honestly can.

Larger projects

Work agreed through a proposal, statement of work or signed agreement is governed by that document. If it conflicts with these terms, the signed document wins.

Our responsibility to you

We provide the services with reasonable skill and care. To the extent the law allows:

• we are not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable losses, such as lost profits, lost business or lost data, or for problems caused by search engines, AI tools, hosting providers or other third parties;
• our total responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order in the 12 months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our responsibility for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you place an order applies to that order. The date of the last update is shown at the top.

Law and disputes

These terms, and any order, are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.

If a problem comes up, please email us first; we reply within 5 business days and most issues are solved that way. If we cannot resolve it within 30 days, the dispute will be settled by arbitration under the rules of the Bangladesh International Arbitration Centre (BIAC), held in Dhaka, in English, under the Arbitration Act 2001. Bangladesh is a party to the New York Convention, so an award can be enforced in most countries. Either of us may still ask a court for urgent relief, such as an order to protect confidential information.
