Privacy Policy
How Reinforce Lab collects, uses and protects your information when you use our website, forms and store, and the choices you have.
Last updated: 7 October 2026
Who we are
Reinforce Lab Limited (registered in Bangladesh, RJSC registration no. C-180618/2022) is the company responsible for your information (the “data controller”). Our registered office is Suite #1402, Level-13, Concord Tower, 113 Kazi Nazrul Islam Avenue, Dhaka 1000, Bangladesh. We also work from 2511 Pines Pointe Dr, Katy, TX 77493, USA, through our US company, Reinforce Lab Inc.
For anything about privacy, email hello@reinforcelab.com. We have not appointed a data protection officer; your email reaches the people who handle these requests.
What this policy covers
This policy covers our website, our forms, our online store and the emails you send us. When you become a client, the information we handle for you (for example access to your analytics or your website) is covered by our agreement with you.
What we collect
Information you give us
- Contact form: your name and email address, and, if you choose, your company, website, the topic and your message.
- Search Authority Diagnostic and SEO & AI Search Audit request form: your name, work email and company, and, if you choose, your website, role, industry, biggest search challenge, monthly content volume and desired outcome.
- Orders from our store: see “Orders and payments” below.
- Emails and calls: whatever you choose to tell us when you email or phone us.
Fields marked as required are the minimum we need to reply to you; everything else is optional. Each form tells you, before you send it, why we need your details, how long we keep them, where they are stored and how to withdraw, and asks you to tick a box to agree. We record that you agreed and when. Please do not send us sensitive information, such as health information, through the forms.
Information collected automatically
- Website analytics: if you agree to analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics to understand how the website is used. See “Cookies” below.
- Visit statistics: we use Jetpack Stats, a service from Automattic, to count visits and see which pages are read. Your browser connects to Automattic’s servers, which receive technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you view. We see totals, not who you are. Jetpack Stats does not set cookies on our pages.
- Fonts: our fonts are served from our own website, not from Google, so loading a page does not send your information to a font provider.
- Spam protection: when you send a form, we keep a scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address for one hour to limit repeated submissions. It is then deleted automatically.
- Server logs: our hosting provider, Hostinger, records technical requests (IP address, date and time, page requested) to keep the website running and secure.
Cookies
Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. We use two kinds:
| Cookie | What it does | When it is set | How long it lasts |
|---|---|---|---|
Google Analytics (_ga, _ga_*) | Tells visits apart so we can see how the website is used, in totals | Only after you accept analytics cookies | Up to 2 years |
Your cookie choice (rl_consent, kept in your browser’s local storage, not a cookie) | Remembers whether you accepted or declined analytics cookies, so we do not ask on every page | When you choose | 6 months, then we ask again |
| Store and login cookies (WooCommerce, WordPress) | Keep your cart and checkout working, and keep our team logged in | When you use the cart or checkout, or log in | From the end of your visit up to a few days |
When you first visit, we ask whether you accept analytics cookies. If you decline, or your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, no analytics cookies are set and the website works the same. You can change your choice at any time with the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page, or by clearing cookies in your browser.
Orders and payments
When you buy from our store, we collect what we need to process and deliver your order: your name, email address, phone number, billing address, the products you buy and your order history. Payments are made through our payment provider: you enter your card or payment details on the provider’s secure form, the provider processes the payment, and we do not see or store your full card number. We will name our payment provider on this page before the store opens on this website.
We use order information to complete your order, send receipts and updates, handle refunds and support, and keep the records that tax and accounting laws require.
How we use your information
| What we do | Why we are allowed to |
|---|---|
| Reply to your message or request | Your consent, given with the tick box on the form; you asked us to (steps before a possible contract); and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries |
| Prepare your Search Authority Diagnostic or audit proposal | Your consent, given on the form, and steps you asked us to take before a possible contract |
| Follow up about your request | Our legitimate interest in following up an enquiry you made; you can tell us to stop at any time |
| Process and deliver store orders, and handle refunds | Our contract with you |
| Measure how the website is used with Google Analytics | Your consent, which you can withdraw at any time |
| Keep the website working, secure and free of spam | Our legitimate interest in running a safe website |
| Count visits in totals with Jetpack Stats | Our legitimate interest in improving the website |
| Keep tax and accounting records for orders and clients | Legal obligation |
We do not sell your information. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not add you to a newsletter unless you ask to join one. We do not make decisions about you based only on automated processing.
Who we share it with
We share only what each provider needs to do its job for us:
- Hostinger, which hosts our website and our email, including the hello@reinforcelab.com mailbox that receives form messages;
- Google (Google Analytics, only with your consent) and Automattic (Jetpack Stats), as described above;
- our payment provider, for store orders;
- professional advisers, such as accountants or lawyers, when needed;
- authorities, when the law requires it.
International transfers
Reinforce Lab Limited is based in Bangladesh, and our team also works from the United States. When you send us a form or an email, you send your information directly to us. Our service providers may process it in other countries; when they do, we rely on their safeguards, such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses where they apply, and we transfer information out of Bangladesh only as Bangladesh’s data protection law allows.
How long we keep it
- Form submissions and emails that do not lead to work: up to 24 months, then deleted.
- Information about clients and store orders: for as long as we work together or the order needs support, then as long as tax and accounting laws require.
- Google Analytics data: up to 14 months.
- Spam-protection records: one hour.
How we protect it
The website uses HTTPS. Form submissions are stored as private records that only our team can open, and access is limited to the people who need it. No method of sending or storing information is completely secure, but we work to protect yours and will tell you and the authorities about a serious breach as quickly as the law requires (for example within 72 hours to the authority under the GDPR).
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask us to:
- tell you what information we hold about you and give you a copy;
- correct it;
- delete it;
- stop or limit how we use it, or object to a use based on our legitimate interests;
- send it to you or another company in a common format;
- withdraw consent you gave, at any time, without affecting what we did before.
To make a request, email hello@reinforcelab.com. We will reply within one month and may ask you to confirm who you are.
Depending on where you live
- European Union and European Economic Area: you have the rights above under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and you can complain to the data protection authority in your country.
- United Kingdom: you have the same rights under the UK GDPR and can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
- Bangladesh: under the Personal Data Protection Ordinance 2025, your personal data belongs to you. We process it with your consent or where the law allows without it, you can withdraw consent at any time and we then stop that processing, and you can ask to see, correct or delete your data.
- United States: you can ask what we collect and ask us to delete it. We do not sell personal information or share it for targeted advertising. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a request to opt out and do not load analytics cookies.
- Elsewhere: we give everyone the rights above, whatever the local law requires.
Children
Our website, store and services are for adults and businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and we never track or profile children or show them targeted advertising. If you think a child has sent us information, email us and we will delete it.
Links to other websites
Our pages link to other websites, such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Clutch and the sources we cite. Their own privacy policies apply when you visit them.
Changes to this policy
When we change this policy we update the date at the top of this page. If a change is significant, we will say so here.
